From The Dryer
Lower the body down
on one knee, getting close to the dryer. Keep the back straight and use
the hands to pull the clothes into the basket. When lifting the basket:
- Bring the load
close to the knee and body
- Tighten the abdominal
muscles
- Slowly stand up
while keeping back straight
