Security Officer Training: Diversity Awareness

Researchers predict the American workforce of the 21st century will be more diverse than any we've ever seen. Women will make up almost half of the labor force. The percentage of non-white workers will rise to 29 percent. Maturing baby boomers and fewer young people entering the labor pool will raise the average age of the American worker. Diversity on the job will be the norm, not the exception. In this program, diversity consultant and author Dr. Anita Rowe discusses steps you can take to successfully cope with increased diversity at work.
