This Program is designed to address the needs of a general industry work setting. It explains the causes and mechanics of slips, trips, and falls, identifies areas where slips, trips, and falls may occur, gives preventative measures, and instructs how to respond to accidents. Specific areas addressed include parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, receiving areas, lobbies and hallways, areas with food or beverage services, restrooms, stock rooms, vending areas, stairways, and more.
This program is available in five versions, specifically designed to accommodate the needs of the restaurant, retail, hotel, health care, and general industries. Each of the five versions provides industry specific information about how to create a safe environment for both employees and customers. Program highlights include the causes of slips, trips and falls, how to identify areas of hazard and how to prevent accidents from occurring.
