Recognizing the presence of hazardous chemicals in the work place, understanding the meaning of chemical hazard labels such as HMIS, NFPA, manufacturer and DOT shipping labels, and the correct use of MSDSs for obtaining detailed hazard information - these topics are the focus of Scope & Scan, a video training kit to aid in compliance with OSHA’s Hazard Communication standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and similar state occupational safety regulations. Included with the kit is a SiteCast template for building site-specific training.
