Facilities that are critical to the nation's economy and infrastructure make attractive targets for terrorists and vandals. The Department of Transportation (USDOT HM-232, 49 CFR 172.704) and the Coast Guard, under the Maritime Transportation Security Act (USCG MARSEC, 33 CFR 105.215), require enforcement of strict security policies. This training kit will impress upon general workers the importance of following the facility security procedures and their role in recognizing and reporting any potential security breach or penetration.
